3. How the contact form works

When you select Send to Sales, your inquiry is submitted to our website server on Vercel and sent through Resend to sales@caisolutionsllc.com. You do not need to open an email application.

Your name, company, email address, optional telephone number, preferred contact method, project timeline, how you found us, and service needs are included in the inquiry email. Your email address is used as the reply-to address so our sales team can respond to you.

If you select "Email me a copy of my inquiry," your email address is also added as a CC recipient of that inquiry email. This option is unchecked by default.

Resend processes the inquiry for email delivery, and our business email service receives and stores it.

To confirm before publication: Identify the provider that receives and stores inquiry emails. Resend has been identified as the SMTP delivery provider.

4. How we use information

We use inquiry information to respond to questions, discuss potential projects, prepare proposals, communicate about services, and maintain relevant business records.

Inquiry details may also be used for marketing and AI-assisted analysis. If third-party AI tools are used, those providers may process the inquiry content submitted to them.

You may ask us to stop marketing emails by contacting sales@caisolutionsllc.com or following the opt-out instructions in a marketing email. A marketing opt-out does not prevent us from responding to your inquiries or communicating about an existing service engagement.

To confirm before publication: Identify any AI tools and providers, the information submitted to them, their retention settings, and whether submitted content may be used to train models. Marketing and AI analysis uses are disclosed here; provider-specific practices have not been assumed.

To confirm before publication: Verify the logging, cookie, and analytics settings used for this website on Vercel. The current website files contain no advertising or analytics integration; that does not establish the hosting platform’s configured practices.

• Vercel provides website hosting.
• Resend provides SMTP email delivery. See Resend’s Privacy Policy.
• If third-party AI tools are used for inquiry analysis, the relevant providers may receive the inquiry content submitted to them.

To confirm before publication: Identify the incoming mailbox and any AI or other service providers, along with their actual sharing practices. Whether personal information is sold or shared for targeted advertising remains unconfirmed; a no-sale or no-advertising-sharing commitment has not been assumed.

We retain inquiry emails for one year.

To confirm before publication: Confirm how the one-year retention period is applied, any required legal or client-record exceptions, and retention of copies, backups, technical logs, or information processed by AI providers. Confirm security practices before describing the safeguards used to protect information.

No method of electronic transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security.

You may contact us to ask about information you have provided, request corrections, or request deletion. We will assess and respond to requests in accordance with applicable law and any legitimate recordkeeping obligations.
