AI Integration

Add practical AI features to the systems your team already uses.

Creative AI Solutions LLC helps businesses add AI capabilities to existing applications, workflows, and data processes without turning a useful project into a full rebuild.

Who this helps

For businesses with an existing website, portal, CRM, internal tool, or document process that could benefit from one focused AI capability. A good starting point is a repetitive information task with a clear input, an observable result, and a person who can review the output.

What you receive

  • A defined use case with the proposed input, output, users, and review steps.
  • An integration approach covering available interfaces, data access, and the existing system.
  • A scoped pilot for the agreed feature, with representative examples and acceptance checks.
  • Handoff notes covering operation, known limitations, and the next changes to consider.

How an engagement works

  1. Choose a specific problem

We review the current process and identify a useful task, such as document search, summarization, drafting, or organizing intake information. We agree on how the result will be checked.

  2. Check the system and data

We inspect the permitted integration points, data availability, access controls, and provider options. A short assessment establishes whether the proposed approach is feasible.

  3. Build and review a focused pilot

We implement the agreed feature in a suitable test environment, check examples with the people doing the work, and document what is ready and what still needs attention.

What to bring to the first conversation

  • A walkthrough of the current application and the problem to solve.
  • A business owner and someone who can review the technical integration.
  • Existing interface or vendor documentation, where available.
  • Approved sample documents, data-access requirements, and examples of a good answer.

An example engagement

A team repeatedly searches its internal procedures to answer routine questions. A pilot could retrieve relevant passages from an approved document set and show the source alongside a draft answer. Staff would test whether the answers match the documents and whether the right users can access them. This describes a possible approach, not a deployed customer system.

Agreeing on the scope

Feasibility depends on the application, available interfaces, data quality, and access permissions. Third-party software changes, provider usage charges, ongoing support, and rollout beyond a pilot are identified when we agree on the scope.

Questions and answers

Questions about adding AI to existing software

Can AI be added to our existing business software?

Often, yes. AI can be connected through an existing interface, a website feature, or a separate workflow that works with your system. We first review the application and its data access. Some systems allow a small addition; others need vendor involvement or preparatory work before a reliable integration is possible.

Can an assistant answer questions using our own documents?

Yes, a document-search assistant can retrieve relevant material from an approved collection before drafting an answer. The document permissions, source references, update process, and unanswered-question behavior all need to be designed and tested. Uploading documents alone does not establish that every answer will be correct.

Will AI take actions automatically in our systems?

Only when that behavior is explicitly included in the agreed design. A pilot can produce a draft for a person to review. Actions that send information or change records need clear permissions, validation, and approval rules appropriate to the workflow.

How do we decide whether the pilot is useful?

Agree on representative tasks and acceptance criteria before building. Review accuracy, source support, access boundaries, response time, and the effort required from staff. Use measurements from that pilot to decide the next step; we do not promise a fixed saving before evaluating the workflow.
