Azure Maintenance & Monitoring

Keep Azure environments healthier, clearer, and easier to operate.

We review Azure resources, monitor what matters, identify operational gaps, and help teams plan for cost, security, retirement, and reliability needs before small issues become bigger problems.

The Injury Professional Network

Creative AI Solutions LLC provides ongoing Azure maintenance and monitoring support for The Injury Professional Network.

Who this helps

For organizations already running Azure that need clearer operational visibility and a regular review process. This can help a small IT team understand important alerts, prepare for service changes, or maintain a useful record of what needs attention without adding a full cloud operations team.

What you receive

  • A review of the agreed Azure resources, health information, and relevant Advisor recommendations.
  • An assessment of monitoring coverage, alert conditions, and notification routes.
  • A list of service retirement, compatibility, and maintenance items that need planning.
  • Cost and usage observations with the reporting period and resource scope identified.
  • A maintenance report with findings, recommended actions, and outstanding decisions.

How an engagement works

  1. Establish the scope

We identify the subscriptions, resources, business priorities, and people responsible for decisions. Access and the review schedule are agreed before work starts.

  2. Review and prioritize

We examine the available health, monitoring, configuration, and cost information. Findings distinguish a configuration observation from confirmed service impact.

  3. Agree on the next actions

We explain the findings and maintenance priorities. Any configuration change is separately authorized, checked after it is applied, and recorded in the agreed handoff.

What to bring to the first conversation

  • The subscriptions and resource groups to include.
  • Known issues, important applications, and relevant maintenance windows.
  • The current owners of alerts, billing questions, and operational decisions.
  • An approved access route with permissions appropriate to the review.

An example engagement

A business receives repeated cloud alerts but cannot easily tell which ones need action. A maintenance review can compare the alert rules with the resources they monitor, review the available health and metric information, and identify changes to discuss. A quieter alert stream would need to be verified after any approved tuning. This is an example workflow, not a reported customer outcome.

Agreeing on the scope

The maintenance scope and cadence are agreed for your environment. Response times, after-hours coverage, incident handling, and ongoing changes need explicit agreement. Monitoring reduces blind spots but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Questions and answers

Questions about Azure maintenance

What does an Azure maintenance review include?

A review can cover resource health, Advisor recommendations, monitoring and alert rules, service retirement notices, cost observations, and maintenance priorities. The deliverable is a clear record of findings and proposed next actions for the subscriptions and resources included in the agreement.

Will you change production resources during the review?

Changes are discussed and authorized before they are made. We can start with a review of the existing configuration and explain each proposed change, its scope, and how it would be checked. A recommendation in a report does not mean a change has already been applied.

Is this the same as a one-time cloud assessment?

Maintenance is an ongoing review of an environment over an agreed schedule. A cloud assessment is a defined snapshot used to understand the current setup and plan improvements. An assessment can be a useful starting point before ongoing maintenance.

Do you offer guaranteed uptime or round-the-clock incident response?

Those commitments are not assumed in a maintenance engagement. Coverage, response expectations, escalation contacts, and any service commitments must be agreed in writing for the environment being supported.
